 Logistic Assistant

Location: Kallang , Singapore

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound, outbound and returned goods
• Ensure greatest care is exercised in safe handling of goods, and adequate protection provided to goods during handling, storing, packing and delivery.
• Ensure all incoming / outgoing materials are checked, identified, marked and stored as appropriate and in accordance with cargo receipt procedures
• Ensure proper administration and document control pertaining to receipt or issue of goods.
• Maintain safety and security of the warehouse.
• Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Ensure non-conformance goods are isolated, identified and reported to immediate supervisor for appropriate actions.
• Ensure timely and accurate update of goods receipt / release to shipping, operations and procurement department
• Work with Sales Admin on the shippment of goods to the clients

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a ITE / GCE N Level Certifications
• Preferably with Logistics experience.
• Good understanding of English Language, both spoken and written.
• Able to work diligently and independently.
• Hardworking and willing to do manual work.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
